Alexa is the strategic backbone to Costigan’s creative vision. She leads growth, manages operations, and ensures every big idea is grounded in structure and brought to life in a way that drives tangible results. Born and raised in Mexico, she moved to Canada to study Fashion Communications at Toronto Metropolitan University, inspired by her grandmother’s love of fashion and talent for sewing.

Her work philosophy centers on clarity, collaboration, and follow-through. She believes great ideas deserve great execution - and that strong teams grow through support, trust and example.

Before joining Costigan, Alexa was Group Business Head at top creative agency Anomaly Toronto, where she led cross-functional teams, worked with high-profile clients, and contributed to award-winning campaigns - including Budweiser’s Effie-winning Sustained Success platform and the nationally recognized #TapeOutHate initiative.

When she’s not keeping the business moving, you’ll find Alexa trying new restaurants or pretending to be a dinosaur with her two-year-old son.

She grew up on a hobby farm in Beeton, where a love for photography, vintage fashion, and visual expression took root early. That creative spark led her to study Fashion Communications at Toronto Metropolitan University - and she’s been shaping stories ever since.

To fund her dream of working in fashion, Adrienne spent every summer of university building cars at a Honda factory - proof that grit and glamour can go hand in hand.

Rachel helps women discover their personal brand and show up with confidence. Originally from Toronto, she studied Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, where she deepened her understanding of visual storytelling and design. What started as admiration soon turned into a calling to help others feel seen through thoughtful, approachable style.

Her styling philosophy? It’s not about chasing trends or perfection - it’s about understanding who you are and letting that guide what you wear.

Gaby is the Accounts & Partnerships Manager at Costigan - building strong relationships with clients and partners and ensuring each brand experience is as seamless as it is impactful.

With a BCOMM in marketing and a background that spans Florida, Vancouver, Switzerland, Spain, and now Toronto, Gaby brings both strategic know-how and global perspective to her work. Having attended four high schools in four years, she learned early on how to adapt, speak up, and connect - skills that continue to shape her approach to relationship-building and communication. A self-proclaimed yapper who believes that behind every great brand relationship is an even better chat.

Her personal philosophy is rooted in continuous learning. She’s curious, collaborative, and always ready to ask the right questions.

Growing up in Oakville, she split her time between hockey rinks and consignment shops with her mom - an early introduction to personal style that taught her to build a strong foundation and add pieces that make it your own.

Her work philosophy is rooted in presence and empathy, guided by the Maya Angelou quote: “People may forget what you said or did, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.”

Lindsay brings calm and clarity to the fast-paced world of Costigan. Born and raised in Rockwood, she has always been drawn to experiences that bring people together and keep things running seamlessly.

After earning her Aesthetics Diploma, Lindsay successfully ran her own business for over a decade—a chapter that honed her love for care, precision, and service. Following the arrival of her two children, she transitioned into fashion and marketing—first assisting with photography at a national clothing company, and then moving into a marketing role where she spearheaded photoshoot management and supported campaign coordination.

Her work philosophy is rooted in building systems that allow teams to thrive. Whether it’s streamlining office operations, coordinating events, or supporting the team and clients, Lindsay ensures everyone feels confident and empowered at every turn. Outside of work, you’ll find Lindsay spending time outdoors with her husband and kids, planning her next travel adventure, or tending to her gardens.

Her love language is cooking - she’s happiest when experimenting in the kitchen and feeding the people she loves (including the team).

Lauren keeps the moving parts in motion at Costigan, helping projects run smoothly behind the scenes. She studied Employment Relations at Queen’s University and brings a natural mix of structure, polish, and empathy to everything she does.

Outside the office, Lauren loves staying active. Most recently, she’s taken up squash with her sister and is joining a league this fall.
